✓Validity of Prices
Published prices are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time if hotels, transportation or airline rate changes.
✓Safari / tour costs include
Prices quoted for safaris include transport as stated on the itinerary, game drives where stated, accommodation on full board basis unless where stated otherwise, scheduled flights and park entrance fees where mentioned.
✓Safari / tour costs exclude
Prices quoted for safaris / tours exclude international flights, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance, drinks, tips, gratuities, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature. These will be quoted separately as per each clients need.
✓Reservations/Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance at least one month before the travel / safari date. If booking is made one month prior to safari date, full payment is required at the time of confirmation. If payment is not made by these time scales, we reserve the right to treat the booking as having been cancelled by you, and apply cancellation charges.
For international and local air tickets, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Exact terms and conditions of the airline ticket will also apply. These vary with the airline and class of service on the ticket. Airline terms and conditions of each class are available on enquiry or at the time of making the flight booking.
✓Children Policy
Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents pay 50% on accommodation unless otherwise specified. Children under 8 years are not allowed at the tree hotels due to close contact with the animals at the water holes as it is important not to scare them away.
✓Cancellations
Any booking cancelled forfeits the deposit and if cancellation is made within 25 days or on the day of the safari the total cost of the safari is forfeited.
✓Accommodation
In Lodges rooms are in doubles, singles or triples. We book rooms with private baths throughout a safari on per person sharing basis; single rooms are available at a supplement. In Camps accommodation range from simple to luxurious and provide twin beds, private bathrooms and verandahs. Where private baths / showers are not available we shall notify the clients.
✓Transportation
This varies with each itinerary but is usually by safari minibus with pop-up roofs for game viewing, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English speaking driver/guide. French, Spanish, German, Chinese and Japanese speaking driver/guides are also available on request at an extra fee. We reserve the right to employ the services of sub-contractors.

✓Responsibility
All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Freesia Travel Agencies Ltd act only as booking agents in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Freesia Travel Agencies Ltd does not take the responsibility for the trip member’s behaviour. Every effort and care will be taken in making all travel / safari / tour arrangements however, Freesia Travel Agencies Ltd does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or damage to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents rendering any of the services included in the tour. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Freesia Travel Agencies Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any cause beyond their personal control. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board.
